These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between kko1 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player").

You may request to close your account at any time. kko1 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

kko1 supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Nagad: Postal department mobile financial service.
• Rocket: Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer: Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other scheduled banks.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may change if verification is required or for other reasons. kko1 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if it is contrary to these Terms.

4.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on the kko1 platform are secured by SSL encryption. Your financial information is not shared with third parties.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kko1 offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing earnings from bonus funds. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus earnings.

5.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

kko1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and, if necessary, close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.

5.4 Other Promotions

kko1 may offer additional promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated in the offer announcement.

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on kko1 are considered confirmed and final. Requests to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or misunderstandings are generally not accepted, though kko1 may make a decision at its discretion.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to avoid a loss (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for an advantage.
• Placing bets using another person's account.

6.3 Determining Results

Sports betting results will be determined based on information obtained from official sources. In disputed cases, kko1's decision will be considered final.

kko1 operates a five-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Cashback will be automatically credited to the account at the end of each week. Progression to higher tiers is determined by activity. kko1 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

kko1 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income.

8.1 Self-Exclusion
